This is how it works:

• Print out the correct examination minutes
  ATTENTION: Program ID (e.g., UB 033/640) and program version (e.g., 14W) can be found in UNIGRAZonline ("Student File") - incorrectly completed examination minutes will not be accepted by the Examination office! Without exception!
  Students with individual study programs should contact the Examinations Office directly: nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at
• Fill in the examination minutes with examination date and grade - skip parts that have not yet been completed (approx. 3-4 examinations).
• Send the completed document to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at.
• Send the remaining exams informally and all together by e-mail to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at as soon as they are visible in UNIGRAZonline as "Valid performance".

• Examination minutes
• Original certificates and the corresponding original documents from external educational institutions (e.g., certificates of academic achievement, course confirmations, etc.) for the relevant programme

Please note!
Please submit the completed and scanned examination minutes to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at when 3 - 4 examinations are still missing. This will ensure that you can complete your programme quickly after completing the remaining examinations.

Please also note that there may be waiting times if a large number of minutes are submitted.

You can report the remaining examinations via email to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at when they all appear together in UNIGRAZonline as "Valid performance"!

For a final examination form please get in touch with the Examination Office of the Faculty of Natural Sciences via email (no online form): nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at 

Please contact the Examinations Office via email at least 4 weeks before the scheduled date.

The web form does NOT replace the registration form, which must be submitted to the Examination Office with all necessary data and signatures.
