This is how it works:

• Print out the "correct" examination record
  ATTENTION: Study code (e.g. UB 033/640) and curriculum version (e.g. 14W) must match your business card in UNIGRAZonline - incorrectly completed examination protocols will not be accepted by the Examination Office! Without exception!
  Students with individual study plans should contact the Examinations Office directly:  nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at
• Fill in the examination record with examination date and grade - skip examinations that have not yet been completed (approx. 3-4 examinations).
• Send the completed record to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at.
• Send the remaining exams informally and all together by e-mail to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at as soon as they are visible in UNIGRAZonline as "Valid performance".

• Original certificates and the corresponding original documents from external educational institutions (e.g. certificates of academic achievement, course confirmations, etc.) for the relevant degree programme

Please note!
Please submit your study section with the completed and scanned examination record to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at if 3 - 4 examinations are still missing. This will ensure that you can complete your degree programme quickly after completing the remaining examinations.

Please also note that there may be waiting times if a large number of transcripts are submitted.

You can report the missing examinations via e-mail to nawi.pruefref(at)uni-graz.at if they all appear together in UNIGRAZonline as "Valid performance"!

Registration for a final board examination is only possible via the Examinations Office of the Faculty of Natural Sciences - no online form!

Important information on psychology appointments

ATTENTION: the second examiner search (for third repetitions of courses also for third examiners) is carried out via the web form of the Psychology Institute: psychologie.uni-graz.at/de/studieren/studienorganisation/kommissionelle-pruefungen/anfrage-fuer-zweitprueferin/
The second and, if applicable, third examiners must be registered at least 6 weeks before the planned date using the web form.

The web form does NOT replace the registration form, which must be submitted to the Examination Office with the necessary data and signatures.
